Funding Sources

  • Home Care Package

    Your My Aged Care, Home Care Package may be used to pay for your podiatry home visit. We will work directly with your provider so that there are not out of pocket expense and complete the paperwork in the background. Please contact your package provider to let them know you would like us to be your podiatrist or contact us to do this on your behalf.

  • NDIS

    We can work with self managed and plan managed participants. If you are eligible for podiatry and are plan managed we can work with your plan manager directly. If you are self-managed you can pay for the service using your plan if you are approved for podiatry.

  • Private Health Insurance

    You can submit the tax invoice that we provide after payment to your private health insurance if you have podiatry cover . Unfortunately, we cannot process this for you. You do not need a referral to get a rebate through your private health insurance, however you do need cover for podiatry to be eligible.

  • Self Funded

    Private patients can pay on the day using our portable payment device or cash. We will issue a tax invoice via email or can print it for you. You do not need a referral for podiatry, please contact us schedule an appointment.

  • GP Care Plan

    You must have an eligible GP referral to receive a rebate through Medicare. We accept referrals from your GP, please send through your referral ahead of your appointment. Once you have paid for the appointment in full you can claim your rebate through Medicare. The Medicare rebate increased on the 1st July 2024 and is now approximately $60.35 per appointment. There is an out of pocket gap payment, please contact us for more information.

  • DVA

    Some DVA card holders are able receive podiatry services if you have an assessed clinical need. You will require referral for this service. Please contact us for further information.
